Carly from Art of Love sound baths will guide the experience, bringing a beautiful array of healing sound instruments including gongs, crystal singing bowls, native flutes, and flowing water-inspired sounds.

Please bring a mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort, and dress warmly in cozy clothing. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, as late entry is not permitted. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a waiver at reception.

Please note: This experience is not suitable for individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers, or those with sound-induced epilepsy.
