About the event

Caring for Grief Nature Walk

Join us for a guided mindfulness walk as you care for loss and grief. Take time to expand your awareness, cultivate compassion, and tend to grief while immersed in the healing presence of nature. Led by grief, loss, and compassion educator Elizabeth Straka, this event will ground you and gently settle your mind, heart, and body. The walk is gentle and not fast-paced. We'll meet near the barn to begin. Free.
