BEGINNERS / RETURNERS YOGA COURSE MONDAY 2 JUNE UNTIL 14 JULY 6:00 – 7:00 PM WELLS TOWN HALL

This class is suitable for all ages and body types. If you want to experience Yoga safely or ease back into class gently after a long break from practising, this is the class for you. I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher with 20+ years experience of teaching Yoga. I will share with you modifications and variations to make the practice comfortable so the benefits of a complete practice can be felt. Classes include Yoga postures, breath work, relaxation, and a short meditation, to calm the mind, tone and stretch the body and aid relaxation and sleep. Small class size in the quiet rear room of the Town Hall. Single class tickets will be available if the course is not fully booked.
