Take a break from the desk, lace up your shoes, and enjoy a quality run session designed to maximize your time and energy. Our inclusive community welcomes women of all ages and abilities, whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out – every pace is welcome, and no one is left behind.

We meet every Thursday at Lorna Jane on Lambton Quay, heading off at 12:30pm sharp. Each session is structured to fit into your busy day while providing a great workout, focusing on improving your speed, technique, and strength. We ensure everyone stays together, catering to different paces so you can train at your level while still being part of the group.
