In this gentle, welcoming women’s circle, we’ll gather like old friends around a campfire; with blankets, s’mores, and soft conversation. Through simple guided practices like journaling, restorative movement, and a deeply relaxing meditation, we’ll explore what it means to care for ourselves in deeper, more lasting ways.
