Join us at dawn on the Front Lawn of Queen Margaret College to celebrate Mānawatia a Matariki – the Māori New Year.

This special morning will bring together our kura and wider community in a spirit of reflection, connection, and renewal. You'll experience a range of meaningful cultural activities, student-led moments, and shared kai that honour the significance of Matariki.

Dress warmly, bring a blanket or camp chair, and join us in marking this important time of year together.
