🌿 Understanding Change, Loss & Grief – A Workshop for Growth 🌿
Change and loss are part of life—but how we experience and respond to them is deeply personal. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a change in relationships, moving house, illness, job shifts, or financial strain, these experiences can have a lasting impact on our hearts, minds, bodies, and communities.
Join us for this 3-hour reflective seminar designed to help you explore the nature of grief and its many forms, guided by the well-regarded Seasons for Growth framework.
🌀 Together we’ll explore:
✨ How change and loss affect us physically, emotionally, socially, and mentally
✨ Your own experiences of grief and how others may grieve differently
✨ Practical ways to care for yourself and support others through change
This is not a counselling session or a support group—it’s an educational and compassionate space to deepen your understanding and discover pathways to healing and growth.
🕤 When: Wednesday 18th June 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Morning tea provided)
📍 Newtown Community Centre
👥Who: Open to any adult navigating change or supporting others through it
