Change and loss are an inevitable part of life, yet navigating grief can be challenging. Our Community Seminar on Understanding Change, Loss, and Grief offers a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences and gain insights into how grief affects us and those around us.

In this interactive seminar, participants will have the opportunity to:

✅ Review the range of changes and losses experienced in life
✅ Reflect on the relationship between change, loss, grief, and behaviour
✅ Understand grief reactions and the factors that influence them
✅ Identify different styles of grieving
✅ Explore strategies of empowerment, including the role of choice in the grief journey and the importance of networks of supports
