Thank you for your interest! In this workshop we introduce the authentic yet modern style of miso making using NZ grown Soybeans, rice malt, and natural salt. Enjoy tasting and learning the benefits of homemade one and make your own paste (300g) to take home (It takes 3 months to get matured in your storage). Additionally, we will make Miso balls so that you can enjoy miso soup at home:-)
