Intro to Flips (Terumi Isogai) 10.30am
Have you ever wanted to try flips but don't know where to start? This workshop will introduce some easy moves that might get you hooked on the world of flips! Using the safety mats and spotting, you will be able to try it in a controlled and safe manner.
Join Terumi Isogai, who is well-known for her amazing, dynamic flips, for a session introducing you to basic flips.
Intermediate and up
Tumbles & Flips (Terumi Isogai) 12.00pm
Do you want to upgrade your flips? This workshop is ideal for those who attended Intro to flips or those who are comfortable with basic flips. Learn some tumble entries and make a cool dynamic combo!
Intermediate and up.
Terumi, known as Teruminator on stage, has been defying gravity and pushing the limits of age through poledancing. Her performances combine awe-inspiring feats of strength, a strong sense of musicality and captivating emotional intensity. This little dynamo from Wellington has many national titles under her belt, including Ultimate Doubles Legend 2019 and 2020, Trick Legend 2019 and 2020, Drama Legend 2020, Winner of Over 35 Category and Crowd Pleaser at Pole Inferno 2024 and 2024 Ultimate Legend Runner-up.
Stripper Flow (Maddie May) 1.30pm
Learn how to slink around the pole in your own authentic way, focusing on embellishing movements, fluid transitions and musicality!

Work the Base (Maree Prebensen) 3.00pm
Flowy moves around the base of the pole are so much fun to add to your pole practice!
In “Work the Base” you will learn a range of base work tricks to add to your repertoire. Put them together into a dynamic combo set to music and work on making them smooth and seamless. Join Maree for a fun base work session that kicks ass!
Maree has been pole dancing for 16 years and has developed her love of floor work and base work over that time.
Level: Intermediate and up. Knowledge of basic floor work recommended (Backwards rolls)
