KOHA SUNDAY YOGA - Heated Flow

Join us EVERY Sunday for a 90 minute Heated Flow for koha entry (ie, give what you can)! Proceeds are donated to a different charitable organisation each month that's committed to supporting the wellbeing of Aotearoa!

This weekly class is open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience - haere mai!

BYO mat or hire for $2; towels available for $3 and make sure to bring a big water bottle!

WHAT IS 'KOHA'? Koha loosely translates to 'gift' or exchange. In other words, pay what you can for the class!
