Depth Training Intro

This is the final depth intro for the summer season 25-26. Anyone who wishes to attend depth training must attend a depth intro. People who have attended before and need a refresher are also very welcome.

Meet at 6pm poolside, you don't have to be in your wetsuit, for a talk. In water training will commence later. The session will go until 8:30pm or until everyone has completed.
