Floods waters have caused a LOT of driftwood to wash up on Lyall Bay. This is very hazardous to water users and a pain for beach walkers too. Come and join us for a whole community clean up and help move the sticks (Wellington City Council will deal with the large logs) to higher ground so they can help form our dunes and not get washed in and out on the tides.
