Join Vishal and friends for three relaxing Sunday afternoons dedicated to slowing down, connecting, and having a cuppa together.
🕉️ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We'll gently explore pranayama (breathwork), journaling prompts, meditation practices, music, chai and wholesome kōrero with new friends. Each session will be a unique blend of practices to help you breathe slowly and connect meaningfully.
🌟 FIRST SESSION (feat. Infinite Aroha with Mumu)
Mumu Moore is a Wellington-based artist and filmmaker. His meditation practice incorporates pūrakau (Māori storytelling), Taonga Pūoro and sound healing journeys to create a transformative and relaxing experience.
🙋♀️ WHO CAN JOIN?
You don't need any previous experience—just come as you are. We'd love you to join all three sessions to build a sense of community and deepen your connection experience, but you may also drop in whenever you're able to do so.

Notebook, cushion, blanket, water bottle, tea cup—or anything to feel comfortable in the space. We've got everything you'll need at the community centre.
Feel free to ask a friend or support person to come along.

Pay-what-you-like for each session. If money is a barrier, you are still most welcome to join us (no questions asked).
