Join us for a high-energy 3-day Cheer Camp designed for your littles to learn the basics of cheerleading in a fun and encouraging environment! Over the course of three days, we will learn motions, jumps, basic cheers, and a short routine. This camp helps build confidence, teamwork, and spirit—perfect for all experience levels!

Day 1: Cheer Basics & Team Building
Goal: Learn cheer fundamentals, get comfortable, and build team spirit.
• Welcome & Warm-Up (10 mins)
• Icebreakers & Name Game (10 mins)
• Motion Technique (high V, low V, T, broken T, etc.) (20 mins)
• Cheer Stance & Beginner Jumps (toe touch, pike, hurdle, etc) (20 mins)
• Cheer #1 Practice (15 mins)
• Team Building Activity or Spirit Game (15 mins)
• Cooldown & Cheer Talk and assign home practice(10 mins)

Day 2: Cheers, Counts & Routine
Goal: Build on Day 1 and introduce teamwork through beginner stunts.
• Warm-Up & Stretch (10 mins)
• Cheer #1 Review & Cheer #2 Introduction (20 mins)
• Jump Review + Add New Jump (15 mins)
• Mini Routine (30 mins)
• Start learning Main Camp Routine (motions + counts to music) (20 mins)
• Cooldown & Q&A (5 mins)

Goal: Finalize the cheer routine and showcase what they’ve learned.
• Warm-Up & Stretch (10 mins)
• Review Cheers & Motions (15 mins)
• Final Jump Practice (10 mins)
• Routine Rehearsal with Music (30 mins)
• Team Spirit Circle + Get Ready for Showcase (15 mins)
• Parent Showcase Performance (last 15–20 mins)
• Group Photo, Mini Certificates, and Goody Bags
