Welcome to the Greatest Charity Workout benefiting the Mental Health Association Rochester!
Come join us at ROC STRONG CLUB for a fun-filled event that combines fitness and giving back. This in-person workout will not only get your heart pumping but also support a great cause. All proceeds from this event will go towards the Mental Health Association Rochester, helping to raise awareness and provide resources for mental health here in our community!
