🌑 ~ New Moons mark the end and beginning of the lunar cycle. They are associated with fresh starts, introspection, and planting seeds for the future. The New Moon represents a blank slate, making it the perfect time to set intentions, start new projects, or focus on personal growth. Its energy supports manifestation and forward movement.

♊️ ~ The energy of Gemini, a mutable air sign, stimulates the mind and supports flexibility. This signs nature is to question and to be genuinely curious about all facets and avenues of life. Gemini is symbolized by "The Twins" due to its dualistic & multifaceted nature, and can be seen as the messenger of the zodiac. When a Geminis mind is right, their life is right, and they can struggle with mental restlessness & anxiety.

🌟 ~ This New Moon, we will be doing a guided mediation centered around mindful manifestation. This will help us connect to our true hearts desires and support clarity in our manifestations. In addition, we will be using Astrology to better understand this New Moon and reflecting on how this will personally show up for you using your Rising/Ascendant sign. If you are unaware of your Rising or Ascendant, you can find it using your date of birth, birth time and location of birth - we can also help you find this if need be! Feel free to bring writing and journaling utensils, blankets, yoga mats and pillows for seating. Hope to see you there!
