Wellness Group: Living with Less Anxiety

Feeling anxious is something many of us experience, but it doesn’t have to define your life. If you're looking for a gentle introduction to understanding and managing anxiety, this 6-week group is for you.

In a relaxed and supportive setting, we’ll explore what anxiety is, how it affects us, and simple tools to help you feel more at ease. Each session will include guided discussions, simple coping strategies, and opportunities to share and learn from others who understand the challenges of living with anxiety.

Whether you're just beginning to explore anxiety or seeking a fresh perspective, this group offers a chance to take meaningful steps toward greater calm and clarity. Together, we’ll build a foundation for navigating anxiety with confidence and support.

Note: These are peer-led groups. These groups are not professionally facilitated therapy groups and are not designed to serve as mental health treatment.
