Wellness Group: Grieving the Loss of a Parnter

Are you struggling to adjust to daily life without your partner? Do you feel isolated in your grief? This wellness group is a compassionate and understanding community designed to provide emotional support, guidance, and a sense of belonging for individuals who have lost their spouses or partners. This is a safe space for members to share their experiences, feelings, and challenges with others who truly understand the journey of grief and healing. Over the course of six weeks, we will come together to navigate this difficult time and find paths to hope and resilience.

Note: These are peer-led groups. These groups are not professionally facilitated therapy groups and are not designed to serve as mental health treatment.
