Hello, friends.
As announced on my page a few weeks back, Webster University made the unexpected decision to invite me to be their featured alumnus for 2025 at the school’s illustrious Kooyumjian Gallery.
The gallery will host a yet-to-be-curated selection of 30-40 images focusing on the years I’ve spent photographing toys, both professionally and for kicks.
While those images will be on display for a few weeks, I, myself, will not be. (Alas…and you’re welcome. 😅)
So they’re hosting a bit of a reception for a couple of hours. In addition to complimentary food and drinks, guests will get to watch me fumble my way through something of a speech (more of a talk, really), and then have ample time to wander the gorgeous gallery, mingle with mutual friends, and maybe even check out what’s on display.
If you’re in the area, and are so inclined, please pop by and say hello. I’d be thrilled to see you.
Until then…
The Kooyumjian Gallery is located in the Upper West Wing of Sverdrup Hall. Ample parking will be available in the parking lot just to the west of the building, in addition to a few spots across the street on Big Bend Blvd.
There will be signs inside and outside the building to guide you to the gallery.
