Join us for a 6-week Fit-U Camp that will teach proper lifting technique combined with plyometrics, strength & agility training, and more!

Dates:
- June 2nd - July 9
- Monday & Wednesdays

Times:
- Ages 8-11 run 9-10 AM
- Ages 12-14 run 10:30-11:30 AM

Cost:
- $250/child (note: there is a multi-child discount)

Extra info:
- Parents do not need to be present during sessions*
- If for any reason we need to reschedule a session we will make up missed sessions at the end of the initial 6 weeks*
