Sound Healing has been around since our ancestors gathered around fires and sang, clapped, danced, and drummed. It was used to celebrate, to mourn, to ease pain, and to connect with the earth.
We invite you to take some time out of your busy life, to lay down, drop into your body, and remove you from the hamster wheel of worries and thoughts that never seem to end. Allow yourself to surrender to the sound waves that resonate deep within, creating peace and a sense of bliss.
The instruments that are used are each designed to create a specific frequency that resonates within the body to release stuck and stagnant energy that can cause illness and disease. These frequencies make it very easy to surrender and release, leaving you feeling relaxed and “blissed out”.
*Mats & props (blocks, chairs, cushions, blankets etc.) are provided with your class purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own. We also have towels, a drinking fountain/bottle filling station, and two public restrooms. Please Note: Doors open 15 minutes prior to class and close 1 minute to class starting. Please let us know if you're running behind. We hate to lock anyone out, but have to be mindful of everyones time, including our own. Thanks!
