All Are Welcome Workout!

Come join Snap Fitness and Empower Nutrition for an "All Are Welcome" Workout!

On Saturday, August 2 from 8-9 AM at the WC HS Track we'll be working out so that ALL ages can join in! Parents, bring your strollers full of kiddos!

We'll have a hydration station from Empower Nutrition with drinks that can be purchased and complimentary drinks for the kids!

There will be water activities for the kiddos to enjoy too!

This event is FREE to attend!
