Coming out of ancient Russian Culture and adapted to many terrains, SYSTEMA focuses on BREATHING, MOVEMENT, & RELAXATION to rewire how you move, think and respond to conflicts of any kind.
With each practice, you will be challenged to your own individual capacity, causing you to adapt your thinking and strengthen your body a little bit more.
Our goal after each practice is for you to feel relaxed, focused and stronger, with more capacity to daily life conflicts/stress!
No prior martial art experience necessary and in most cases preferred…

After practice, we’ll move to the HEALTH PRACTICES
– Pravilo! Stretch and strengthen while in traction. Worried about the intensity of the experience? We vary the weight for each person depending on what their body/emotional state can handle
