Together, weβll explore energy, digestion, elimination, and rest cycles while tapping into the signs and symptoms your body uses to ask for support. We'll honor the feminine body as wise, adaptive, and worthy of deep care, without shame, fear, or fixing.

This illuminating class will explore myths around aging, hormones, and energy. We will learn to honor the body's cycles through a nourishing blend of techniques, tools, and journaling prompts to connect our energy with the lunar cycle. This final session invites you to examine lifestyle, boundaries, pleasure, and how to metabolize your "yes" and "no's" with clarity and compassion. Expect to learn tools for joy and energetic cleansing, tracking where need and desire are felt in the body, and pleasure mapping with circle movement practices. Let this class be your permission slip to reclaim your pleasure, power, and presenceβjust as you are.
