Spiro Nicolopoulos Blues Apocalypse

Originally from Okinawa, Japan, Spiro lived in Los Angeles Ca before moving to the Asheville area in 2014. His critically acclaimed solo singer-songwriter work has been featured in TV advertising campaigns for Visa, the Olympic Games and more. His music was featured in a variety of films and television series including work for PBS, Court TV, documentary films and radio. Spiro was a Bonnaroo 2006 performer, played LEAF and Warren Haynes Xmas Jam by Day, most recently for the fifth time, and was part of Downtown After 5’s Asheville All-Stars performance in 2022. Spiro recorded with Twiddle's Mihali Savoulidis among many others, and has shared line ups with Phil Lesh & Friends, Bright Eyes, Buddy Guy and many of his favorite international artists.
