Art & Yoga Workshop: Embodiment & Creative Expression

Join us for a special beginner-friendly Yoga & Art Workshop under the Full Moon as we welcome the bold energy of summer! ✨

This 2 hour experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your senses, and unlock your creativity through gentle movement and playful expression.

🧘 We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice led by Dawn of Yoga DiVita to tune into awareness, breath, and subtle sensations that nurture creativity and embodiment, setting the stage for authentic artistic flow.

🎨 After movement, enjoy a delicious craft lemonade from Roll Up Herbal Bar as we transition into an intuitive painting session led by abstract artist Lindsay Keeling. You’ll explore color mixing, mark making, and expressive techniques on paper and canvas.

No experience needed and all supplies are provided. You’ll walk away with finished artwork and a sense of creative renewal!
