Ignite your storytelling spark in this 90-minute interactive workshop that brings creative writers together across genres—short stories, novel chapters, screenplays, academic articles, poems, songwriting, and more. Discover practical approaches to the art of collective writing and learn tools and techniques you can tap into for future projects. Through immersive exercises, lively discussions, and real-time co-creation, you’ll explore how to merge diverse imaginations, conquer writer’s block, and craft stories that resonate deeply. Come meet other local writers and unleash the power of synergy!

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
J. Scott Price earned an MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts and is a Fellow of the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. He's a sucker for good musical theater, was a Soldier for 24 years, and enjoys working with his partner as they build Poet and Printmaker Farm in Faber, Virginia.
