Get Your Back on Track with the Leading Lady of Back Wellness: Roberta Bergman!

Join local author and fitness expert Roberta Bergman for an interactive workshop based on her recently published book, "Back On Track: "The Lifestyle & Exercise Guide On Healing Back Pain."

This workshop will help participants learn how to improve their posture, back flexibility, tech-neck prevention, understand ergonomics and the importance of back and core strength. After the discussion, Roberta will lead a 15-minute exercise session and answer any questions.

Roberta is the founder of Bodyformula, an integrative health, fitness and wellness program. Roberta is an ACE Certified Fitness Instructor & holds an M.S. in Movement .
