WMAS bird hike at Forest Exploration Center

Join us as we walk the 1 mile trail in this beautiful mature 67 acre forest representing one of the best and last remaining remnants of the southern hardwood forests that once covered southeast Wisconsin.

We expect to see native plants and BIRDS! The trail is level. Expect about 45 -60 minutes, depending on bird activity. Bring binoculars. Please watch the weather- we will postpone if it’s raining!
