Join the Emmett Strong Sunshine Foundation on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, at the Boys & Girls Club of Wausau for our annual blood drive and childhood cancer awareness event!
Your blood donation is a vital lifeline for patients in our community, supporting individuals facing accidents, surgeries, cancer battles, and blood disorders. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs a blood transfusion, and your single donation can save multiple lives. The impact of our community coming together was evident last year when our blood drive helped save 333 lives. This year, let's amplify that impact and reach our goal of saving 400 lives!
But it's not just about giving back – it's also a day of community and connection! We'll have:
