In-Studio 4-Week Series: Total Body Tone

Total Body Tone is an energetic class that will keep you in a fat burning zone, with brief periods of recovery while challenging your muscles from head to toe. Your time in class will fly by keeping you motivated and inspired to do more.

*What can you expect in this 1 hour class?
-Begin with a 10 minute motivational warm up
-Experience 40 minutes of combined low impact cardio with resistance exercises using a combination of body weight, free weights, bands and more
-Conclude with a productive stretch period

*What are some of the benefits you’ll experience from class?
-Develop lean muscle
-Core Strengthen
-Improve flexibility
-Enhance mental clarity

*Who should attend? Everyone welcome – all fitness levels! Perfect for all ages who like a variety of exercise techniques to firm up and slim down. Sequences will include standing and laying transitions. Please note, we will be getting up and down onto the mat throughout the class.

*What do I need for class? No need to bring anything with you except a mat if you would prefer to use your own rather than a shared one from class. There are yoga mats and other class props available to use at the studio!
