With a systematic and hands-on approach, the material to be covered is perfect for moms, students, teachers, recreational runners, cyclists, etc. Grab a girlfriend and come learn practical techniques to STAY SAFE while enjoying your lifestyle.

About your instructor - Dean Konley, founder of American Dojo Martial Arts, is an 8th degree Black Belt with over 30 years experience teaching martial arts and self defense.

When? - Sun. June 8th, 12:00-3:00 PM

Where? - American Dojo Martial Arts - 1720 Dolphin Drive, Waukesha WI, 53186

Who? - Adult women of all ages and Teen girls age 13 & up. (Under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
