Charcuterie 101 Happy Hour at Fisk Avenue DIY

Get your Saturday night started right with happy hour, appetizers, and creativity! Join us for this one-day event hosted by Fisk Avenue and The Charcuterie House. We'll guide you to build a wooden charcuterie board and arrange your own cheese board.

You'll begin crafting our Classic Charcuterie Board by gluing planks together to create your own one-of-a-kind striped design. While the glue dries, learn the basics of how to make a beautiful charcuterie spread with a mix of pre-cut cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. Follow along with the arranging demo on your own to-go board, then sample your snacking masterpiece. Finish up the class by sanding your wooden board and adding your handle selection. Wine to sip will be available to purchase at special happy hour prices!

Tickets are per project, not per person. Partners welcome! No refunds available for this event. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, we offer a one-time workshop transfer to a time that works for you, or you may pick-up your project as a Take-and-Create Kit. Under 18 welcome but must be supervised by an adult. Must be 21 or over to be served alcoholic beverages.
