Dispelling Irrational Beliefs: Nurturing Our Center

We are experiencing unbelievable realities. It is hard to find our calm, and listen to our deepest truth when we feel off kilter. Like children, we dream of being nurtured and comforted. How do we do that when we experience a strong emotional response or are engaged in an unhelpful behavior? To honor our inner nurturer, Rev. Denise will walk us through the first steps of dispelling irrational beliefs and embracing our deepest knowing by nurturing our own ability to calm ourselves in troubling times.
