Urban Ag Lab: Lettuce Make a Salad

You are invited to the Urban Ag Lab at Bowen Greenhouse, located at 1800 N. Sheridan Road in Bowen Park. These activities are designed for children and adults. All participants must register. Thanks to generous support from North Shore Gas, these programs are offered for free or at a low cost.

A free event called Lettuce Make a Salad is on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 6pm to 7pm. Who doesn’t like a yummy fresh salad? Come harvest fresh ingredients to make your own customized salad. Stay and eat together. Family, Ages 5+.
