🎨 Family Friendly Art Social: Intro to Watercolor Batik 🎨

Join us for a creative afternoon exploring the beauty of Watercolor Batik, a unique art form that combines wax-resist techniques with watercolor painting on delicate rice paper. The result is a luminous artwork full of layered textures, vibrant colors, and organic crackle effects that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Guided by artist Michael McConville, you’ll learn the step-by-step process of applying hot wax, adding washes of color, and creating striking autumn-inspired designs. Perfect for beginners, families, and art enthusiasts alike, this workshop is all about creativity, discovery, and fun.
