Join us for an uplifting and impactful event at Vista Health System in partnership with the American Red Cross to help those in need.

🌈 When: June 10th, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Where: Vista Medical Center - East

This Pride month, we’re coming together to support our community in a meaningful way. Your blood donation can save lives.

How to prepare:

1. Check Eligibility: Ensure you meet age, weight, and health requirements.
2. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before donating.
3. Eat a Healthy Meal: Have a balanced meal, avoid fatty foods.
4. Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine: Stay away from alcohol and limit caffeine.
5. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose short sleeves or clothes you can roll up.
6. Bring ID: Carry a valid ID for registration.
7. Stay Calm: Relax and breathe deeply if you’re nervous.
8. Be Honest: Disclose your health history and medications.
9. Rest After Donation: Stay seated for 10-15 minutes and drink fluids.
