Wild & Sacred Day Retreat

Join Denis Juelicher and Alice Yunchan for a day of delving deeply into yoga on and off the mat. We often consider yoga as a practice that can make us feel good in our bodies and our minds. But what about the deeper questions of “Who am I” and “What is it that matters in life?”.

In this retreat we will explore how to live this one wild and precious life we have with intention and fulfilment. A breath-centred yoga class will open us up to be fully present in the body, feeling its aliveness and vibrancy, as well as its contractions and places of stuck-ness.

Through writing exercises we will reflect on questions about this one wild and precious life, tapping into the body and senses to reflect on experiences and dreams. We will deepen our understanding and connection to the world through a nature mandala.

Combining yoga, writing and nature this retreat will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and connection.

We’ll finish the day with a guided relaxation, leaving you deeply relaxed and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

The retreat is open to anyone with some previous yoga experience.
