Come join us for a fun 4 mile run down and back on the Towpath Trail in Waterville! Afterwards, we'll go down to Buffalo Rock Brewing Company for a refreshing beverage.

Come join TAGG and give the run-walk-run method a try and see how much fun we have. Running is always better with friends!
