This one-hour class is a blend of movement, stretching, and simple dance designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the body — no experience needed. The focus is on presence, expression, and feeling good, it’s super fun and a little weird. A good time.

Wear something comfortable that lets you move freely. Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
