New to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics? This 6-week series is the perfect place to start. Join Jackie Loyer in a supportive, small-group setting designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease as you begin your yoga journey.

Each week, you'll explore foundational postures, breath awareness, and gentle sequences that build strength, increase flexibility, and deepen your connection to your body and mind. This series is all about creating a welcoming space where you can ask questions, move at your own pace, and build a steady, confident practice over time.

Whether you're brand new or simply looking for a fresh start, this is your invitation to begin.
