Yoga on the River

Gray Lane Yoga is excited to bring back Yoga on the River, sponsored by The Maitri Initiative of Gray Lane and Waterloo Center for the Arts. This free, beginner-friendly community practice invites everyone to move, breathe, and connect along the Cedar.

We’re continuing last year’s cleanup efforts with a full hour dedicated to giving back before each session. Stop by the amphitheater to grab a trash bag and gloves, help clean up downtown alongside local businesses, and then return for a grounding yoga practice.

Let’s care for our community—body, mind, and space—together.
