The Sun Life Waterloo Busker Carnival is located in UpTown Waterloo, in the heart of Southern Ontario. The Carnival spans from the Waterloo Public Square, through Artist Alley on Willis Way, all the way through to the area behind and beside Waterloo City Hall on Regina Street.
