Let's Talk About Immigration

CVIC invites those of goodwill to have a constructive/honest discussion about the immigration criss in the US, one hour before Waterloo's second "No Kings" mass protest in Lincoln Park. Let's join together to protect the Constitution, democracy, and immigrants' rights.

This program, facilitated by members of the CVIC's ad hoc immigration committee, will examine how people of faith can have constructive conversations about highly controversial and politically divisive issues. This is one in a series of discussions sponsored by the committee in an effort to change the narrative about immigrants and refugees in our communities. The discussion is free and open to the public.
