Intro to Cross Stitch @ Flying Squirrel in Waterloo

Interested in picking up a new skill or hobby? Come stitch back and relax with us!

This is a beginner-friendly workshop to learn one of the simplest forms of embroidery - cross stitch. Learn how to cross stitch with an exciting handmade project on fabric and with a greeting card that you can take home and finish! Each participant will receive:
- a cross stitch fabric design with pattern instructions - we will have a variety of original designs for you to select when you arrive on fabric and on paper!
- a wooden embroidery hoop - a variety of sizes from 4-inch to 6-inch will be available
- fabric cloth
- DMC embroidery floss
- tapestry needle
