Join us on Saturday 19th July, 1–5pm at Villerstown Quay for a special Fun Day hosted by West Waterford Mental Health Awareness Group — a celebration of connection, community, and caring for our mental health.

This is more than just an afternoon of activities — it’s a space to support one another, to take time for our well-being, and to remember that none of us are alone.
