If weather allows, we are hoping to start our kite flying season on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 from approx. 11 a.m.—4 p.m. at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, CT. Please be sure to check the John Rose Kite-Flying page late on Friday, April 25th for confirmation or cancellation. We will cancel if weather is bad or winds are predicted to be too light (or too strong) for a good display.
