Join us for DANCEmandala, a free-form dance meditation that invites you to connect with your inner self. Experience soothing sounds and invigorating rhythms as you explore your body’s movement without judgment. Whether you flow like a river, stand still like a mountain, or rest like a deep lake, every movement is an invitation to be authentically YOU.

Close your eyes and let your instincts guide you—whether lying down, sitting, or standing, there’s no right or wrong way to move. This is your opportunity to deepen self-awareness and embrace your true self.

If you love ecstatic dance or 5Rhythms, this is for you. Come and dance yourself free!

Settle in time: 5.00 pm
Session starts: 5.15 pm
Session ends: 7.00 pm

Information: The doors open 15 minutes before the session starts. Come and take your time to arrive in the meditative, calm space. Bring a bottle of water and comfortable clothes.

Costs: 20 Euros per person (You can pay cash or via Revolut @anyaguiry - mention your name and date of the session)
