Advanced Level Yoga Class

This month for our Advanced Class we’ll be studying the nature of Pratyahara and its relevance both on & off the mat!
We’ll also have a good & hefty dive into some strength work. Our Advanced Classes are for Yogis who have a working understanding of The Source Texts & a sturdy daily Practice of at least 7 of the limbs of Yoga. See you there❣️
