Advanced Level Yoga Class

For all you experienced Yogis out there, this is a 2 hour class in which you can gather more information to apply to your existing Yoga Practice and deepen it. This time round we’ll be studying Sutra 3:36 and incorporating backbends to strengthen ALL posture work and indeed health in general. These classes are for those of you who already have a dedicated daily Practice of Asana, Meditation & Pranayama along with an understanding of the Yoga Ethos/Philosophy.
